What is 'Batch #001'?
Atla Beauty operates on a drop model. Batch #001 is a collective order phase where we pool community orders to offer premium skincare at wholesale-level pricing. Once we reach 70 orders, the batch is finalized and shipped.
Can I cancel my order?
Order cancellations are permitted within the first 3 hours of placement. After this window, your order is locked into the current batch to ensure fair access for everyone.
How do the Reward Tiers work?
Rewards are applied based on your cart value:
• Over ₹1,299: Use code DROP149 for ₹149 off.
• Over ₹1,499: Free Priority Shipping.
• Over ₹1,849: Free Gift (requires 5 WhatsApp invites).
• Over ₹2,499: All rewards combined.
How do I pay for my order?
Orders are initially placed as Cash on Delivery (COD). Once the batch is full, you will receive a WhatsApp message with a Paytm link to complete your payment and prioritize your shipment.
When will my order ship?
Shipping begins once the 70-order batch is complete. We expect dispatch to start around January 24th.
